BIOGRAPHY:
Nicholas Novak’s professional practice is concentrated in the area
of civil litigation, including first party insurance coverage, third
party insurance coverage, and large property recovery cases. Mr. Novak
also has experience handling commercial contract and lease disputes and
advising corporations on statutory compliance.
